Services
I offer individual counselling to adults age 19 and over.
I do not work with couples or families.
Sessions can be in English or in French and last fifty minutes.
I work with adults who feel like something is not right in their life; they may feel dissatisfied with themselves or may be experiencing unsettling changes. I help people when they feel stressed, anxious, and may have a sense of loneliness even though not necessarily alone.

Fees
I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation in which we can decide if I would be a good fit.
My fee is $120 for fifty minutes. I accept cheques, exact cash due after the session; etransfer is due before the session.

My fee is $140 for a one hour session. I accept e-transfer at padreamcia@gmail.com due before the session.

check with your extended health benefits (through your work or your partner's) as registered social workers are often covered under many insurance policies . My registration No. is 10209.
